KERATINE Routine!

Hooooola a tod@s! De vuelta estoy y con uno de los temas por los que muchas on y offline me habéis preguntado: ¿cómo cuido de mi pelo después del ‘momento keratina’? (click para ir a post Kera-WOW!).

Para conseguir que el efecto keratina perdure unas semanas más, el proceso para cuidar nuestro cabello es muy sencillo. Básicamente necesitaremos tres productos: champú sin sulfatos, acondicionador y mascarilla. Bueno y un peine…qué tampoco es magia esto! J

To make the keratine effect last more weeks, the process is very simple. You’ll basically need three products: non sulfate shampoo, conditioner and mask. Well, also a comb…this is not magic 100%! J

1.         Champú sin sulfatos/ Salt free shampoo

Este es sin duda el producto más importante de todos, el que limpia nuestro pelo y la base de cualquier tratamiento. Es crucial que el champú NO CONTENGA SULFATOS/SALES, ¿por qué? Porque las sales acaban con la keratina. Si usamos un champú normal, de los que podemos encontrar en supers/perfumerías, éstos irán retirando el producto y acabarán con más celeridad con el efecto keratina.

En mi peluquería adquirí la variedad ‘Vita Blonde para cabellos descoloridos o dañados’, y como me recomendaron cambiar la variedad una vez acabase con el 1r champú, me pasé al ‘champú con keratina para cabellos coloreados o con mechas’. No hay problema si vuestro pelo no tiene mechas/tintes, el mío tampoco lo es y el efecto es el mismo; de hecho, esta variedad protegerá extra vuestro pelo, ya que el cabello con productos químicos requiere de una mayor protección. Tampoco os asustéis si veis que el champú no hace mucha espuma, es normal! No tiene ‘el efecto detergente’ que acabaría con la keratina J. Os dejo fotos del producto.

This is the most important product, absolutely. Our shampoo washes the hair and is the base of any treatment. It’s very important that it DOESN’T CONTAIN SULFATES/SALTS, why? Because salts end with keratin. If we use a normal shampoo from supermarket, they will take the product away and the keratin effect will end sooner.

I bought the ‘Vita Blonde shampoo for bleached and damaged hair shampoo’ in my hairdressing salon, and as they told me I should change the variety once finished this one, I chose the ‘Shampoo with Keratine for colored hair’ to combine. Don’t worry if you don’t have color on your hair, I actually don’t and the effect is the same. In fact, you’ll get an extra protection as chemical products on hair make them need and extra help to look sane. Don’t be afraid if the shampoo doesn’t make lather, it’s normal! It doesn’t have the ‘detergent effect’ that will finish with keratineJ. I leave pics.

      2.       Acondicionador/ Conditioner

El acondicionador, al igual que la mascarilla, son productos que de por sí no contienen sulfatos, con lo que utilizando uno normalito de super/perfumería sería más que suficiente. Yo utilizo también uno de Seibella porque me hice con un pack muy bien de precio. Después del lavado, ayuda a desenredar y no necesita aclarado. Aplicar de medios a puntas, secar y listo!

Conditioner and mask, both are products that don’t have sulfates, so by using a common one from supermarket will be more than enough. I use one from Seibella because I bought a very nice price pack. After washing, conditioner helps to get the knots out of our hair and it doesn’t need to be rinsed. Apply from middle hair to ends, dry and that’s it! 

      3.       Mascarilla/ Mask

La utilizo una vez por semana después del champú, y la dejo actuar entre 5-10 minutos como indica el producto. Tengo mascarilla para aburrir, 1 kilazo, y huele espectacular, al igual que toda la gama!

I use it once a week after the shampoo, and I leave it between 5-10 minutes as the product recommends. As you can see in the pic, I have a loot of mask, actually one kilo…and it smells spectacularly, as all the range of products!

Los productos que utilizo pertenecen a la marca Seibella. Compré el champú en la peluquería donde me realizaron el tratamiento de keratina y quedé tan encantada que posteriormente me hice con la gama completa en una tienda especializada en productos de peluquería! Para que os hagáis una idea, el champú me costó algo más de 10€, mientras que el pack champú+acondicionador+mascarilla rondó los 25€, un chollo! No obstante, hay marcas mil que conseguirán el mismo efecto seguro, pero como esta marca me funciona, prefiero seguir utilizándola un tiempo.

All products I have used belong to Seibella. I bought the shampoo in my hairdressing salon and I was so happy with it that I bought all the complete pack in a hairdressing products shop. The shampoo was about 10€ and the pack shampoo+conditioner+mask was about 25€, what a bargain! However, there will be other brands that will get the same effect for sure, but as this Seibella works for me, I want to keep using it some more weeks.
